How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.

We keep your form submission data for 12 months. We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting it from our website form submissions table and from our email storage.

Images and videos captured at events will be kept and may be used on our website, social media and digital marketing, indefinitely.

If you are a finalist in any of the competitions at the event, your name and country will be retained on a results table on this website, indefinitely.
