European Land Art Festival & Stone Stacking Championships 2023
The event was held 4-9 July 2023, in Dunbar, Scotland, across several locations in the town.
Due to an unfortunate landslip at Eye Cave Beach a few months before, we temporarily moved the competition area to Bayswell Beach which shook things up a little, as any regular stone stacker will know how familiar you can get with the stones on a particular stretch of coastline. This change of plans didn't stop us from going ahead, though, and the event was a great success.
Land Artists and Stone Stackers from Europe and the USA came to our humble shores to take part in the week's events and impressed us with their creations.
